Honestly, I'd find a tuner that knows what he's doing, pay $50 for a P28, $25 for a chipping kit, and have the tuner tune the ECU for your specific engine. Chances are, it'll cost you less than $550, and it'll be done right for your specific engine... not just some generic overpriced chip.

WebAug 10, 2011 · With VTEC-E, 1 intake valve is closed at low rpms. At a certain RPM (somewhere between 2000-3000 RPMs), VTEC-E will engage and open the other intake valve.
