WebRepeaters have more group "functionality" than any other weapon other than say pike, but they are not a boop weapon. If your constantly getting empowered reloads and pulling out group Qs, then you are doing your job along with consistent DPS. I'm still testing repeaters in group use for speedruns, but they do help with spacing in trio/quad groups. WebI don't know what kind of repeater players use full bore and tac mag, but the best mod by far - as in, nothing comes even close - is precision sight, as the damage it provides is base. And the best special is marksman, tho an arguement can be made that using it well is difficult in a few situations.
