WebWithout str attributes perk, using greatsword is inefficient or not. the big loss will be the +10% to heavy attk but losing the +10% to slowed enemies will hurt too. maybe 250 dex 100str 150con so you only lose 1 but then you lose almost 20% bow dmg. probably best to just stay full dex with bow. hmmm.
