Webpectoral hematoma (SPH) is a very rare complication due to over anticoagulation by VKA therapy, with only a few cases reported in the literature. Herein, we report a case of a spontaneous massive pectoral hematoma during therapy with VKA for the treatment of atrial fibrillation in an elderly woman.
